Contact Form/Product Registration: When you contact us via the forms on this website an email is generated and sent to our email server where it will be handled by the applicable personnel. All Leema email is stored on a hosted service and accessible only via secure protocols to those with proper access credentials. Any personal details are only used pursuant to that enquiry or in support of a future warranty claim. You do not have to register your product to take advantage of our excellent warranty if you keep a copy of your original receipt which is something we would always encourage you to do.

Cookies: Our websites “engine” uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience, they does not collect any information about you and they are only used by the site itself.

Mailing Lists: We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our occasional newsletter to our distribution partners. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of those newsletters. Our mailing list is made up of our active dealers & distributors.

We do not operate a mailing list for end users and potential owners of our products, in the event we decide to use one it will be on a strictly opt-in basis using a service such as MailChimp giving you full control over what you receive.

Sharing: If you order something from us we will naturally need to share some of your details with our shipping partners so they can get your parcel to you safely.

Leema normally sells its Products through a network of dealers rather than directly, we might therefore pass on your details regarding a sale or service enquiry to a local representative but we would always ask your permission first.
