Some of the biggest problems facing home entertainment are appalling ergonomic design, ridiculously complicated remote controls and a pointless array of options. The Leema Constellation system was designed to offer real audiophile performance with the most intuitive and simple control.
Connected by LIPS® the Constellation system is an intelligent, flexible system that is so easy to use that the whole system can be controlled with just the Antila compact disc Player or the Tucana amplifier on display.
The Antila provides the perfect source to the Constellation system. Introducing many new Leema-developments such as MD² multi-DAC technology, the Antila has won many major awards for its entirely natural and enjoyable presentation of music.
At the heart of the Constellation system is the Tucana, a stunning stereo amplifier and also the recipient of many awards for its infectious musicality, married to the ability to drive even the most awkward of loudspeakers with a vice-like grip and precise control.
The Tucana can also act as the controller for the unique and expandable Constellation multi-channel system. Connecting a Hydra and Corvus using LIPS® turns the system into a multi-unit home cinema system of uncompromised audiophile quality.
The LIPS® enabled Constellation system 'understands' what the user is trying to do. For example, to play a CD in stereo, the Tucana knows that the rest of the group can stand down, so the Hydra and the Corvus remain powered off. Then, to watch a movie, the appropriate units are powered and configured just by selecting a multi-channel input. The individual units learn the desired settings for each source and configure themselves automatically.
This approach eliminates the need to constantly search through menus and change settings. It was designed with families in mind. No longer will only one member of the family be able to fully use the system, resulting in more enjoyment for everyone and more return on your investment.
