Pulse III
The original Leema Pulse as well as the Leema Tucana amplifiers have received massive critical acclaim, winning many prestigious awards, and placing Leema Acoustics on the map of the very highest quality audio manufacturers. The new Pulse III amplifier takes this heritage as its starting point and combines a startling level of performance with stunning aesthetics and a vast array of useful new features.
The Pulse III is easily capable of driving today's audiophile speakers with a vice-like grip and precise control. The flexible array of inputs includes a LIPS® configurable AV input, separate moving magnet and moving coil phono inputs and a front panel mounted MP3 player input. Additional features include record output, full remote control with sophisticated volume display, headphone output, and for total peace of mind, full short circuit protection.
As with all Leema electronics, the Pulse III features LIPS®, which enables the Pulse III to automatically and intelligently configure other devices into a multi-unit home entertainment system of uncompromised audiophile quality. It was designed with families in mind. No longer will only one member of the family be able to fully use the system, resulting in more enjoyment for everyone.
In addition to the already comprehensive selection of analogue inputs, the new Pulse III includes four digital inputs: two optical, one coax and one USB. These allow the connection of external digital components so that the award-winning performance for Leema is reknowned can now be extended to achieve stunning results from a whole range of digital devices such as Sky TV, the Sonos music server, and the Sony PS3.
Leema's new Navimech system provides delightfully simple and intuitive control. The elegantly svelte fascia is machined from solid aluminium to the exacting standards of Leema's state-of-the-art metalworker, who spends his time when not producing Leema panels, machining critical engine and suspension components for the leading Formula 1 racing teams.
